All our rugs are shipped from our showroom in Paris, France. No customs fees are to be expected if you reside in Metropolitan France or Europe. For shipments outside the EU, customs fees may apply; please contact our team if needed.

All our rugs are in stock in Paris. Your orders are shipped daily; delivery times depend on the carrier chosen (24 hours via Chronopost, 72 hours via Colissimo). For shipments outside mainland France and the EU, all delivery times can be found at the bottom of the page

We offer delivery via Chronopost or Colissimo, directly to your home. For shipments to Europe, depending on the size of your order, we may ship your package via Chronopost, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

For shipments outside the EU, we prioritize express shipping via FedEx or DHL for large orders and Colissimo for smaller packages. All customs documents are provided at the time of shipment.
