Your rugs are delivered clean and pre-cleaned (new and old rugs). For routine maintenance, we recommend vacuuming without the brush attachment (suction only), as the brush can rake the rug and remove fibers with each pass. In case of a stain, we advise drying it as quickly as possible with absorbent paper to remove excess moisture from both the top and underside of the rug. We recommend wetting the stain as soon as possible with cold water only, then lathering it with Marseille soap or a mild detergent, working it into a lather, and rinsing with cold water. This process can be repeated until the stain disappears. For occasional deep cleaning, you can contact your dry cleaner, who will then send your rug to a specialized rug cleaning service. The cost of this type of cleaning is calculated per square meter. Please feel free to contact us if you would like us to recommend a service provider.
How do I choose my Berber rug? What are the delivery times ? How do I return an order? You'll likely find all the answers to your questions in our FAQ, but if not, please don't hesitate to contact us.
