The rug must be returned unused, preferably in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Wool is a naturally durable and easy-care material

Simple daily maintenance

• Regular vacuuming without a brush (vacuuming only)
• Avoid overly aggressive passages to preserve the wool

In case of stain

• Absorb quickly with absorbent paper (top and bottom)
• Clean with cold water only
• Wash with a mild soap (Marseille soap or mild laundry detergent)
• Rinse with cold water

Repeat if necessary until the stain disappears

Deep cleaning

For occasional cleaning, you can use a specialized dry cleaner. Cleaning is usually charged per square meter.
